| 1. How do I know my
data is secure when placing my order with you?

| When you are in the secure
areas of our website, (the shopping cart) you will see a
small lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
Once you have progressed beyond your shopping cart page to
the point where you start to enter personal data, you will
see this "locked" symbol, meaning you are in our secure
encrypted area. |

| 2. How discreet is
your packaging? |
| All of our packages are
shipped in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes, or in
commercial courier boxes. There is
absolutely no mention of the name of our website or the
nature of the products or subject matter inside the package.
The return address will show as IPO Videos and our street
address. We take great efforts to make sure your
packages are very discretely and securely packaged to
protect your privacy. |

my residential area or my country? |

charge appear on my credit card? |

credit card declined? |
| The decision to approve or
disapprove a credit card transaction is made b your bank.
It is made by comparing data that you enter when you are
trying to place the order and what the bank has on file for
your credit card. We, as a website, do not make
credit card acceptance or rejection decisions.
That is done by your bank. The majority of
times we see cards rejected because the billing address does
not match the address on file for the credit card.
Please be sure to enter the address for your credit card as
it is listed with your bank, in the billing information area
during the checkout process. |
